Carnarvon Gorge - The Amphitheatre

Canarvon Gorge is situated just west of the QLD coal feilds. just south of emerald. The gorge has wonderfl bird and animal life, and some fantastic nature walks. We decided to do a 14km walk that took in the "Amphitheatre", the "Art Gallery", and the "Moss Garden". This photo was taken at the Amphitheatre. I used a Sony RX1, Fixed 35mm zeiss lense. shot at f8. for the second photo.

Just as we drove into Kingaroy I noticed these buildings, the sun was setting and the lighting was great. I captured this photos on my Leica M9 with a Zeiss 21mm Biogon Lens. f5.6 at 1/125sec. This lense is so sharp at this aperture.

Brisbane City from Kangaroo Point Cliffs

This phtograph of Brisbane City was taken from Kangaroo point cliffs, just before sunrise. The photo was taken on my Leica M9 with a 50mm Sumilux lense. 

It was taken in April 2012. The city skyline has changed quite bit since then.
